Staring jail in the face
Lindsay Lohan will almost certainly face jail time if she leaves the Betty Ford Center early.
Lindsay is currently serving 90 days of court-ordered rehaband it seems, isn't doing too well.
RadarOnline quotes a source as claiming: "The judge overseeing Lindsay's case has made it crystal clear that if she defies the agreement, it's jail time. Judge Dabney signed off on Betty Ford and he expects her to remain there for 90 days. If she doesn't, that will be a violation of her probation and the judge will send her to jail."
The problem, it seems, is that doctors at Betty Ford have taken Lindsay off the drug Adderall which she claims is for her ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder). Adderall, they reason, is prone to abuse and used as a sort of weight regulator.
Claims the source: "Lindsay is absolutely freaking out about the prospect of gaining weight now that Adderall has been taken away."
However, unlike other patients at the facility, Lindsay doesn't have the option of checking out at any time. Leaving the centre at any point during her court-sanctioned stay will result in jail time.
